What we collect

• Which pages you open — the services you look at, how far you scroll, how long you stay, and which apartment’s QR code you scanned.
• Your answers to the six questions at the end, if you choose to give them.
• Your browser’s language setting, so we know whether we should offer this page in more languages.

All of it is tied to a random number generated in your browser — not to you. We use it to count how many people were interested in what, and nothing else.

What we do not collect

• No name, email address or phone number.
• No IP address.
• No payment or card data. There is nothing to pay here.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no profiling.
• Nothing is shared with anyone for marketing, ever.

Storage on your device

One random identifier is kept in your browser for up to seven days, so that a single visit is not counted twice if you come back to the page. It contains no information about you and is never sent anywhere except to our own statistics. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Where it goes, and for how long

The counts are stored on Supabase infrastructure inside the European Union, on our behalf. They are deleted when this test ends, and in any case within twelve months.

Legal basis

Our legitimate interest in understanding what our guests would find useful, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Because the data is anonymous and aggregated, there is no personal data to give you access to, correct or erase — but if anything here concerns you, write to srlnm@pec.it and we will answer. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
